We’re excited to introduce the next evolution of Pilates at You Physio & Health.
From the end of May, we’ll be opening a new space designed to give you more access, more support, and a better way to move. Alongside our current timetable, we’re expanding into a broader range of mat-based Pilates options — including Progressive Mat Pilates, Strength Mat Pilates, Pilates Flow, and a dedicated men’s-only class.
This is still everything you trust about our physio-led approach — just elevated.
Our classes are intentionally kept small, so you’re never just following along. You’ll be guided by experienced physiotherapists who understand how to build strength safely, improve movement quality, and help you train with confidence — whether you’re managing pain, returning from injury, or simply looking to move and feel better.
All sessions remain claimable through private health insurance, making it easier to prioritise your health consistently.

Mondays: 6:00PM & 7:00PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30AM & 6:30AM
Fridays: 12:30PM & 4:00PM
