Calvin Schluter Physio

Calvin Schluter

Director/Head Physiotherapist

Calvin's journey in the health and fitness industry began in 2008, when his fascination with human movement and the body's potential sparked his career as a personal trainer. Through his work, Calvin witnessed firsthand the transformative power of movement and the positive impact it had on people's lives. Motivated by this, he decided to pursue further education and graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

 

Equipped with a solid foundation in physiotherapy, Calvin's expertise expanded beyond the traditional realm of rehabilitation. His extensive experience as a personal trainer and a Crossfit and Weightlifting coach over the past decade has given him a unique perspective on the importance of strength, mobility, and proper technique in achieving optimal health and fitness outcomes. Calvin seamlessly integrates this knowledge into his physiotherapy practice, ensuring a well rounded approach to your treatments.

 

What sets Calvin apart is his unwavering dedication to his clients. He understands that each person has unique needs and aspirations, and he takes the time to truly listen and understand your goals. Sonja Saar Physio

Director/Head Physiotherapist

Sonja Saar

With a wealth of expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Sonja specialises in sports injury management, pre and post partum care, healthy ageing and body retraining for optimal performance. When it comes to your well-being, Sonja is dedicated to helping you achieve your peak physical potential in a friendly and approachable manner.

Sonja holds degrees in both Biomedical Science with a focus on Exercise Physiology, as well as a Masters in Physiotherapy. Her exceptional qualifications ensure that you receive the highest standard of care and knowledge during your journey to better health.

​

What sets Sonja apart is her passion for continuous improvement. In addition to her academic achievements, she has earned various certifications that enhance her skills as a physiotherapist. As a certified dry needling instructor, a RockTape instructor, and a holder of Level 1 CrossFit trainer and Level 1 CrossFit gymnastics trainer titles, she possesses a diverse skill set and a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics.

 

Throughout her career, Sonja has gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of individuals, from professional athletes to older adults, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with her patients to ensure positive outcomes.

Mitch Delbridge Exercise Physiologist

Exercise Physiologist

Mitch has been immersed in health and fitness his entire life. From swimming at a national level throughout primary and high school, playing every sport under the sun, competing for Australia in Olympic Weightlifting, to going through multiple injury rehab stints and periodised programs, he truly understands what it takes to get the results you want.


Having been a Personal Trainer/Coach/Exercise Physiologist for the past 12 years has allowed Mitch to work with a broad range of clientele from athletes to chronically disabled. This exposure has given Mitch time to curate a unique set of skills to better understand where his clients have come from and where they’d like to go. 

 

Mitch's approach to Exercise Physiology could be summed up in one word – understanding. 


Mitch believes that habit creation is the number one way to achieve all goals in health and fitness. This is achieved by prescribing challenging and achievable exercise to make physical progressions, simple lifestyle changes implemented over long periods and open and honest conversations about physical, psychological or social barriers.


At You Physio and Health, Mitch is an integral part of the interdisciplinary teamwork we deliver to our clientele on a daily basis. 

Jo Partos Massage

With over 15 years of rich experience in the industry, Jo is an integral member of our therapy team at You Physio & Health. Specialising in remedial massage, Jo has an impressive background working with elite sports teams, including the Big Bash League (BBL), Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Reds, and both women's and men's cricket teams.

Jo's expertise extends far beyond traditional massage techniques. She is proficient in specialized practices such as cupping and dry needling, offering a comprehensive approach to pain relief, muscle recovery, and overall wellness. Her skills are not just limited to athletes; clients from all walks of life benefit from her vast knowledge and tailored treatment plans.

Britt Patch

Exercise Physiologist

Britt Patch is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a passion for musculoskeletal injury prevention, rehabilitation, and women’s health, particularly in the areas of prenatal exercise and postnatal recovery. With a solid training background in CrossFit, boxing, and strength training, Britt has worked alongside Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, honing her expertise in exercise prescription and injury management.

 

With over seven years of personal training experience, Britt has supported a wide variety of clients, from elite-level CrossFit, Powerlifting, and sports athletes to individuals managing chronic pain. Her deep understanding of resistance training allows her to focus on perfecting technique, delivering remarkable results. Britt specialises in treating complex lower back, hip, and knee issues, and is dedicated to using movement to reduce pain, enhance health, and improve overall quality of life.

As a new mum, Britt has developed a personal understanding of the unique challenges surrounding pregnancy and postpartum exercise. This insight has enriched her ability to support women through these phases, empowering them to regain their strength and confidence.

Britt is committed to helping you achieve your goals with her dedicated, empathetic approach. Whether you're recovering from injury or striving for peak performance, she will craft a tailored solution to suit your needs.

Maeve Bagnall

Physiotherapist

Maeve’s passion for physiotherapy began at a young age through her involvement in competitive sports and equestrian events. Her journey into health care started in 2011 when she completed a Sports Massage ITEC qualification, providing pre- and post-event treatments for triathletes.

 

After graduating from Leeds Beckett University in 2016, Maeve worked as a junior and senior physiotherapist within the UK’s National Health Service, gaining extensive experience across specialist areas. In 2020, she moved to New Zealand to manage a busy musculoskeletal clinic in Auckland and completed a postgraduate diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy from Liverpool University.

​

In 2023, Maeve settled in Brisbane, where she continues her work as a physiotherapist and Certified APPI Pilates Instructor. With a special interest in orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation, she blends her expertise in physiotherapy, Pilates, and veterinary physiotherapy to deliver a friendly, supportive, and holistic approach to care.

 

Maeve’s commitment to passion, purpose, and health shines through her work as she helps clients achieve their goals. Outside the clinic, she enjoys coffee, running, horse riding, and staying active.

Dave Fahey

Physiotherapist

With a background in both Physiotherapy and Sports Science, Dave brings a wealth of experience from elite-level sport to everyday rehab. Originally from Ireland, he trained in the UK and has worked worldwide in football, cricket, and hockey, including as Head of Academy Medicine at Leeds United Football Club.

​

Dave has a specialised focus on spinal injuries, sports injury management, and performance optimisation, previously leading physiotherapy teams before progressing into a specialist spinal physiotherapy role in the UK. His passion lies in applying elite sports treatment strategies to everyday individuals, helping them move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.

​

A keen runner and cyclist, Dave understands the demands of sport firsthand. He has a particular interest in hip, knee, and ankle injuries, running-related injuries, and post-operative shoulder rehab. Whether you're recovering, rebuilding, or looking to perform at your peak, Dave is here to help.

Laura Montes Soria

Remedial Massage Therapist

With over a decade of experience, Laura is a highly skilled Remedial Massage Therapist, fully registered with ANTA. Originally from Spain, she has worked in both luxury spas and clinical settings, collaborating with chiropractors and physiotherapists to deliver effective treatment.

​

Laura specialises in remedial massage and integrates a range of techniques, including osteopathy, cupping, Reiki, reflexology, Balinese massage, Thai massage, hot stone massage, and sports massage. She has a particular passion for pregnancy massage, providing expert care for expectant mothers.

​

Her approach is tailored to each individual, whether you’re looking for injury recovery, stress relief, or overall wellness. She believes in combining clinical expertise with a holistic touch to help you feel your best.

​

Outside of work, Laura enjoys Latin dancing, gym training, and outdoor activities, bringing the same energy and passion to her personal life as she does to her treatments.
