What is it?
Our You Baby classes are thoughtfully designed for pregnancy and postpartum — supporting you through every stage of motherhood with safe, progressive training.
Led by our physio and exercise physiology team, each session focuses on pelvic floor health, abdominal rehabilitation, full-body strength, posture, and aerobic capacity — so you’re not just exercising, you’re preparing your body for birth and rebuilding it with confidence afterwards.
This is more than a workout. It’s guided, evidence-based care in a baby-friendly space, surrounded by women who get it. Move well, feel strong, and return to yourself — with the right support behind you.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Book Your You Baby Foundations Session
Before joining classes, you’ll complete a one-on-one Foundations session with our physio or exercise physiologist. We assess your pelvic floor, abdominal wall, posture, breathing and complete a short aerobic capacity test — so your training is safe, personalised and appropriate for where you’re at.
Step 2: Join the Classes
Once Foundations is complete, you’re ready to begin. Classes are $35 per session, with private health rebates available. Train with confidence, knowing your body has been properly assessed and supported from the start.
