Are you a runner looking to boost your performance and prevent injuries? Join us at You Physio & Health for our specially designed "Beginners Strength for Runners" workshop! Ideal for those new to strength training, this workshop is tailored to help runners of all levels enhance their running efficiency and resilience.

Key Highlights:

  • Fundamental Strength Exercises: Learn essential strength exercises that complement your running, focusing on improving your core, leg strength, and overall stability.
  • Injury Prevention Techniques: Understand how to minimize the risk of common running injuries through targeted strength training.
  • 8 Week training Program:  all attendees will receive an 8 week (3 day per week) program they can follow from home with guided video turotials on the movements. These will be demonstrated on the night and each attendee will also receive a complimentary set of Booty bands to take home for using in the program!
