What will the session involve?


Come ready to move in your gym clothes, bring a towel, and we’ll take you through the essentials of functional strength. In this session you’ll learn the foundations of key lifts such as the squat and deadlift, along with some great accessory exercises to build strength, stability, and confidence. Perfect for women 40+ wanting to discover (or rediscover) the benefits of strength training in a supportive environment.
