About the event
What’s included in You Bootcamp
You Bootcamp runs for 8 weeks with three coached sessions each week — Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 5:30am — all held at the Nudgee Recreation Reserve grounds. Sessions are structured, progressive, and led by our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to ensure you’re training safely while still being challenged.
You’ll also be invited into a private Facebook group, where you’ll stay up to date with weekly programming, health and injury-prevention education, recovery tips, and additional resources to support you throughout the challenge. It’s your hub for accountability, connection, and extra guidance beyond the sessions — so you’re supported every step of the way.
