Looking for a free mums fitness class in Brisbane? Join us at You Physio & Health in Banyo for MUMFIT Week — a special three-day program designed for mums ready to reconnect with their strength, confidence, and wellbeing after baby. Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum, these sessions are tailored, welcoming, and completely FREE.
💪 What to Expect from Your Free Mums Fitness Class
From 29th July to 1st August, we’re running three classes each morning — at 9:00am, 9:45am and 10:30am — right in the heart of Banyo at the Beehive Park.
Each session focuses on movement that supports your body where it’s at right now, with three rotating class styles:
💫 Core and Mobility
Focuses on pelvic floor and core stability — perfect for postnatal recovery and regaining control.
💪 Strength
Functional resistance training for energy, strength, and posture. Real-world movement you’ll use every day.
🏃 Cardio
Fun, bodyweight-based workouts to boost your fitness, endurance and mood.
👶 Baby-Friendly & Connection-First
Babies are more than welcome! These sessions are designed to be relaxed, inclusive and friendly — giving you the chance to connect with other local mums and your baby. We believe fitness education starts early, and MUMFIT helps create those healthy habits from day one.
