What are Postnatal Exercise Classes?

Our postnatal exercise classes in Brisbane are not your typical group fitness sessions. These classes focus on the unique needs of new mothers, with exercises that gently rebuild strength, improve core stability, and support recovery after childbirth.

How to Get Started?

Step 1:

Book a Pre-Class Initial Consult with our Exercise Physiologist. This ensures we can tailor your postnatal exercise class to your individual needs and recovery stage.

Step 2: 

Once your consultation is complete, you’re ready to join our classes and begin your journey toward feeling strong, connected, and empowered again.

Classes are just $35 per session with availability of health fund claiming.
